“Simply Women” is designed just for women by our Lead Female Trainer Vickie Cole. Designed specifically for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. 

For those ladies who hate a commercial gym and would like to graft in privacy this is specially designed for you.

Those who are new to the gym and those who love to workout and would like to follow a training programme. Whether you have just had a baby, overweight and in need of motivation to get into a healthier routine or want to tone and build on certain areas of your body. Or maybe you Simply want to make new friends for life.

Each group will consist of no more than 6 women, training up to 3 x a week with the option to workout 7 days a week.
The programme is spilt into 4 x 12 week programmes. After each 12 weeks we will review your progress and renew or alter goals.
We will work on endurance, strength conditioning, co ordination, posture including a lot of  pelvic floor/core work. Providing your consistent with training and stick to a well balanced eating plan this will result in a toned physique and a healthier body and mind.

4 x 12 week Programme's
3 x per week Training Sessions*
Nutritional Advice
Goal Specific Training
Training at a Private Gym Facility

Prices start from £8 per session and Payment is made monthly.
