BOOTCAMP

Why not kickstart your weekend off with this high energy full body workout.  Military style from tyre flips to battle ropes!!! Our Bootcamp workout is all about pushing your body until every part is exhausted.  This workout will test your drive and once you finish you’ll feel like a champion.  Be your own drill sergeant and push yourself by attending this class and build your path to a strong and healthy body.

SPARTANS

Do you have what it takes to become a spartan ? A male only session that will test you mentally and not only physically. Want  to be tested to your limit, then sign up to the war!

TEEN SPARTANS

Are you aged between 13 – 19? And want to start going to the gym but have no idea what to do? Or simply want to improve in a sport you currently take part in. Our Teen Spartans work hard, apart from socialising with a bunch of mature, motivated teams you will leave this session feeling like you are ready to take on the world. From sport conditioning circuits to weights (for 16+only). Are you ready to become a Teen Spartan?

Do you want to train like you are preparing for war?!?  A friendly, fun environment for all. Open to all levels of fitness. This class split into two teams and we battle it out for the full hour….. It’s WAR!!!  There’s nothing better than Teamwork.

Strictly for the Elite athlete. Have the pleasure or should we say pain training, alongside Doctor Damo. Where Crossfit meets a military style fitness. Bring your A-game and nothing less!!!

A weights class fit for all. Working on Strength, Power and Endurance. From Dumbbells to Olympic Bars we work on German Volume, 10 reps by 10 sets!

TRAIN WITH VICKS

Strictly for the Elite Female! Want to gain strength, work on your endurance but at the same time keep your feminine body.  Although we work on the whole body we specifically overload on the lower body from heavy squats to track sprints.  The team currently consists of hard working mummies, who are hungry to better themselves.
